Jie Xuan Yong: Hi Tina, just had scrolling down and sw all the photos you took. If you want to be healthy and slim, I just identified the problem. Roti prata + curry, teh tarik, bubble teh, omelette, etc. These will make you fat. I think the world's idea of diet isn't what diet means. Going on a diet has become not eating. But diet really means WHAT you eat. "U are what u eat". If u seriously want to slim down fast, you have to eat differently. Go for natural juice instead of bubble tea. Tea 'O' instead of milk tea. And roti without the curry. A little bit of sugar can already. Because each of these meals contain a lot of fats and sugars. If you want to be healthy, go Japanese. But I'm not suggesting to eat Japanese food all day. cz they really prepare hearty and healthy food. Sushi, Soba, Sake. All virtually contains 0 fats one. The thing is unless you exercise a lot or study heaps, it is not justified to drink lots of high-sugar beverages. And don't eat so much fried stuff - fried fish paste. Fried garlic. Not that you can't eat, but the fried stuff contains an outer layer of flour that soaks in a LOT of oil during frying. Therefore you are ingesting extra calories at the expense of taste. Same with McDonald's french fries, all the 'su' shi at vegetarian stalls, roti prata is still okay.
Thx for Xuan Yong for suggest these things.. So start from that day, I tried not to drink oily stuff and diet mode on.. Hoho..
But in the end, we didn't go watch movie due to it's late so we just go back home..Did she look like a child? Hahahaha
